SupportIT - Complete Support
SupportIT is LCG Tech flagship service
for small and medium sized businesses
and IT support departments with up to
300 desktops. For a fixed monthly fee
per desktop, customers get a complete
support service with pre-agreed service
levels. This incredibly reliable and
responsive service includes Help Desk,
call outs, remote and on site technical
support. To complement this service
we have recently commissioned our fully
functional online Support
System, which allows our clients
to keep track of all reported faults,
problems or even the status or a new
work request
