How To Use Our Support.

You are required to register if you want to use our online support system, where you can search our online help files and FAQ section for potential answers to your question. Click here to register You would also be able follow the progress of an existing fault or problem.

Maintenance

At LCG Tech, we understand that the implications of even a minor network change can be monumental. Therefore, we make every effort to keep our customers informed of all planned changes and maintenance that LCG Tech will be performing by notifying them at least 1 week in advance with a 24 hour reminder noticed sent as follow up.
